How can I overcome overthinking?

I 

am passionate about 

the feelings and Cinema 

I treat 

and care 

about it 

people are inspired 

by what I write 

but 

when I offered 

certain opportunities 

I cleaned up 

and suddenly 

free like an imposter 

who with the mess up 

and be found. 

I'm single 

in the paycheck 

paycheck-to-paycheck situation 

and feel like 

I have wasted many years 

due to overthinking 

self-doubt 

and 

never feeling good enough 

already 

how can I overcome this?
